Directions:

Add all the varieties of cheese into a bowl. Sprinkle corn starch over the cheese and toss well.

Place a heatproof fondue pot or heavy saucepan over medium-low heat. Add beer and let it heat.

When the mixture begins to simmer, add the cheese mixture into the pot, 2 – 3 heaping tablespoons at a time and mix well each time.

When all of it is added, stir until smooth.

Turn off the heat.

Roast Pumpkin with Cheese "Fondue"

This fondue is an absolute favorite for everyone!

Serves: 16

Time: 1hr

Ingredients:

2 baguettes (15 inches each), cut into ½ inch thick slices

3 cups heavy cream

1 teaspoon grated nutmeg

5 cups coarsely grated Emmentaler cheese

5 cups coarsely grated Gruyere cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 orange pumpkins (3.2 kilograms each)

2 cups chicken or vegetable broth

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste
